The location suited my needs perfectly. I was pleased with the proximity to Victoria Station. I found it easy to access transportation. Staff stored my luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. I was able to explore without my bags.

This hotel's location is FANTASTIC. I walked to Westminster Abbey easily. The bus stop right outside the door was super convenient. Breakfast was included. It SAVED me money. The room had air conditioning.
The room was a little tight, I would have preferred more space to move around.

The staff was genuinely kind. They helped me with directions and made sure I had everything I needed! I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had fresh pastries and a wide selection of cereals! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. It made getting around so simple!
My room was facing the street, and there was some noise late at night! I wish the windows had better soundproofing.
